My sweet baby girl has turned 8! It is so hard to believe that the child I longed for is now so old. Where does the time go? It seems like just last year she was born; last month she was running around asking for "Wa-wo" with her head full of blond Shirley Temple curls; last week she was starting kindergarten and yesterday she was playing her first basketball game.

Oh my goodness, how cute is SHE? I LOVE thinking back to those first friendships...and LOVE that you did not have a huge party...love is in the "girlie friendships," isn't it? :)
